How to setup User account / forgot password
- Open browser and type in the URL – https://portal.proquro.co.uk/
- If you want to bookmark the URL, please do so after login is complete. Do not bookmark the LOGIN page URL, as that is autogenerated and will be valid only for 20 mins. The autogenerated URL will look like this – https://proqurocouk.b2clogin.com/proqurocouk.onmicrosoft.com/b2c_1_signin/oauth2…….
- This loads the login page. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link
- It will display “User details” page
- Enter your work email address and click “Send Verification code” button.
- In few minutes, you should receive an email with Subject: “Proquro account email
verification code” in your email inbox. This email will have a 6-digit code. Copy the code and
enter it in the page displayed in the browser and click “Verify code”.
- It will then display a page that the Email address has been verified. Click on the “Continue” button.
- It will then display a QR code, this needs to be scanned by the Microsoft Authenticator
- After you have scanned the QR code and registered in the Microsoft Authenticator, click
“Continue”. - It will then display a page to enter the code from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Copy the
code from your Microsoft Authenticator app and paste into the input text field and click
“Verify”
- In the next page, enter new password and click “Continue”
- A help screen is displayed if password does not satisfy required format
That’s it. It will open the Proquro webapp. You can now bookmark the URL.
